Jen has been teaching in early childhood settings for over 20 years, working with both 3 and 4 year old groups, in community based and independent settings.  She has a Diploma of Teaching (Early childhood education), Bachelor of Teaching (Early childhood education) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Studies (Gifted development).

Jen loves the challenge of making children’s learning visible, documenting learning through photography and the children’s voices.  Music and movement is another area she enjoys planning for, along with developing a strong sense of community within the group and Kindergarten.

Jen’s caring, gentle nature immediately puts children at ease and the strong bond she forms with each child enables them to flourish.

Teresa has close ties with the Park Orchards community, having lived in the area for many years. She highly values the relationships she develops with the kinder children and their families. Teresa has a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and has been working at the Kindergarten for over ten years.

Teresa brings a love of animals to the program.  She also enjoys visual art experiences, regularly contributing her ideas to the program.

Chelle joined our team in 2024, with experience in a range of early childhood and primary education settings. She enjoys documenting children’s learning and ensuring an inclusive environment for all children. Chelle is currently studying a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education.

Michelle joined our team in 2023, having relieved at the Kindergarten for extended periods over previous years. Through a warm and genuine approach, she builds strong connections with each child, supporting their social and emotional wellbeing. Michelle has a love for nature and photography and children enjoy exploring our garden and learning about its creatures with her.

Amy has been working with children for the past 20 years. She has experience working with early childhood children working with both 3 and 4 year old groups in sessional kindergarten services, as well as with school age children in primary school. She has been working at Park Orchards Kindergarten for 12 years. She has a Bachelor of Education – Primary and a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching.

Amy believes it is vital to create warm and respectful relationships with children and their families. She has commitment to providing quality outcomes so that every child reaches their full potential; and develops life-long learning skills.

Amy provides a quality education program giving opportunity for intentional teaching foci as well as children’s emerging interests. She loves to provide aesthetically pleasing environments and has a passion for learning spaces, setting up inspiring play areas for children to engage with their learning environments.
